Anthony Fischer
Nearly three decades in clinical research operations, and site-level leadership on more than 110 clinical trials.
Anthony began his career in 1995 as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston — in the chair, with the participant, running the visit. He spent the following eighteen years, from 2000 to 2018, as Senior Project Manager at Mercury Clinical Research in Houston, where he built and ran site operations at scale across a broad portfolio of sponsor-led programs.
He joined Aspira Health in 2018 and serves as President & Co-Founder. Over his career he has personally led site operations on more than 110 clinical trials spanning Phase 1 through Phase 3b, including pivotal and long-term extension studies, in Cardiology and Hypertension, Diabetes and Endocrinology, Oncology, Infectious Disease, Gastroenterology (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), Wound Care (diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers), Neurology (migraine, multiple sclerosis), Rheumatology, Vaccines and Women's Health.
That work has been done in direct partnership with sponsors including Pfizer, Merck, Novartis, GSK, Takeda, AbbVie, Bristol-Myers Squibb, AstraZeneca, Sanofi/Genzyme, Johnson & Johnson and Eli Lilly — the standard against which Aspira's own operating model is held.
Anthony holds CITI, GCP (ICH/FDA Good Clinical Practice), NIH Human Research Participant Protection and EDC certifications, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Ramyr Martinez
Healthcare entrepreneur and operational executive who leads Aspira's business operations, financial management and organizational strategy.
Ramyr oversees operations and financials for Aspira's clinical research business. He was part of the team's research operations in Houston before co-founding Aspira's Puerto Rico platform, and today owns the infrastructure the company runs on: site operations, financial management and budgeting, staffing and organizational scaling, regulatory and compliance oversight, and the growth strategy carrying Aspira from a single-market SMO toward an international CRO.
He founded, scaled and successfully exited Total Access MD, a Houston-area family practice and telemedicine company built from startup to profitable exit. During the COVID-19 pandemic the business served more than 4,000 patients and reached seven-figure annual revenue, with Ramyr carrying full P&L ownership, clinical staffing, regulatory compliance and EHR systems. It is a demonstrated record of building a healthcare business from zero to exit — the same discipline Aspira's expansion plan depends on.
That entrepreneurship sits on top of senior operational roles across major US health systems — Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health, CHI / Baylor St. Luke's, Houston Methodist and Harris Health System — including Administration Director and House Supervisor positions carrying facility-wide operational authority, staffing accountability and Joint Commission regulatory compliance. His clinical credentials (RN, BSN, CCRN) underwrite that operating experience rather than define it.
Ramyr earned his nursing degree in the Philippines and served as a Clinical Instructor at Adventist University of the Philippines — a direct personal foundation for Aspira's planned Philippines expansion, from workforce standards to the institutions on the ground.

That combination — trial science plus operating execution — is what makes Aspira's expansion plan a sequencing exercise rather than a leap of faith.
